ABOUT PRODUCTS1. WHAT ARE THE SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS OBTAINED?
Every product is tested to the highest safety standards to ensure compliance with the corresponding FDA, US CPSIA, ASTM F-N63, CE, CPC, UKCA, and/or European EN71 Toy Standards.
2. WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED?
SILICONE PRODUCTS
All of our silicone products are made of 100% food-grade silicone, and our feeding & nursing products are PLATINUM CURED (highest-grade silicone applied in medical areas). They are free of BPA, PVC, lead and phthalate, non-toxic and odourless.
WOODEN PRODUCTS
Only solid woods (or hardwoods) are used to craft our wooden products. They are natural whole wood, unlike plywood or compressed wood where wood fibers and wood powder material are pressed and bonded together with an adhesive that contains chemicals potentially unsafe for kids.
Premium solid woods used in our products include basswood, beechwood and birchwood. Compared to softwoods like pine or cedar, solid woods are denser and more durable, less prone to dents and splintering, and hold up well to wear and tear.
3. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY?
Yes, we do! We provide a 3-month warranty from the time the product is received. However, this only applies to defective items that are used in normal situations according to the care instructions. Any normal wear and tear will not be accepted. Care instructions can be found on the product page.

4. WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY PACKAGE LOOK LIKE?
We understand the joy of unboxing a gift, especially for kids! That is why we have put a lot of thought into designing our carton gift box and the presentation. Every order comes with our signature square gift box, while customized orders or large-sized products will be packed differently but only nicer for gifting! 5. ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS INDIVIDUALLY PACKED?
Yes, all of our products are individually packed for hygienic reasons.
6. ARE YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
We use carton gift boxes that can be recycled.
We do NOT use plastic bubble wraps, instead, we use honeycomb wrapping paper and gift tissue paper to protect our products during shipment.
Our mailer bags are either 100% biodegradable or made of recycled materials.

7. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Local shipping to Hong Kong takes 2-5 working days to arrive.
For customized gift orders, please allow 3-8 working days for delivery.
8. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Currently, we only deliver to local addresses in Hong Kong.
Free shipping is provided for orders above HKD 200. A standard shipping rate of HKD 30 applies for orders below HKD 200.
